How to add security or Cetificate to java mail.. Am using SMTP.. Could some please assist me

What do you mean by security? Authenticating the connection to the email server? Encrypting the connection to the email server? Encrypting mail contents? Or something else entirely?

Check out GnuPG: http://www.gnupg.org/ and the OpenPGP standard it implements.

For a commercial solution, there's PGP.
