I am planning to setup weblogic in two different machine, so that if one machine goes down another will take the request.May i know how can i do this ???

Please let me know what all the step which i have to do??. thank you...

i am trying my best to search, i got few idea that there is a pack and unpack command in weblogic which will help in seting up the distributed environment.i am able to pack in my machine however if i unpack it in another machine it gives me some exception. i am not sure why that exception is throwing... any thoughts
