urlyBird 1.2.3 - Exceptions

I have to implement DuplicateKeyException and RecordNotFoundException classes.

I am not sure I should extends them from Exception class (checked exception) or RuntimeException(unchekced exception)

How can you decide?

I think it should be Checked, because it will be append to the method header in the interface.
