Hi all,

Would like to know the best, most prestigious , software companies to work with, in India

When i say best what I would like to know is

1. A bit more of technical work and process as support not the other way around!
2. To the point and necessary meetings.
3. A set of workforce who doesn't go overboard in the name of "Visibility"
4. Logical HR policies ( Simple things like Flexible timing and not made to wear a tie in hot South Indian climate would do)!

Ok what i am trying to say is I am slowly loosing interest in Services companies and looking for a change in work culture and a bit more technically challenging work.

Can you all share your thoughts on which companies are best known for good work culture and quality work/

Well we can not discuss anything specific to any company here. But you can not get everything in one single company. Every company has it's plus and minus relative to everyone's perspective.

Ooops! Sorry didn't know, just a usual... joke placed wrong scenario.

Are we allowed to discuss, say different IT companies which develop products etc which are services and which are not?

Thanks for the reply.
