not able to view tabs in site for vista.

I am using a website which displays some tabs on clicking which ,the user is directed to another page . some users who use microsoft vista are complaining they cannot see these tabs as they enter the site. but i am using windows IE 6 and 7 and are able to view them.is this an operating system incompatibility.?
if nay other information is needed to understand this problem please let me know..thnaks in advance for the help.

Are they on a different netowrk than you? If so, have you tried to access the page when you are not directly connected to it?

Have you cleared your cache to make sure that you do not have a good version of the page stuck in your temp folders?
Are their browser settings different than yours? [They might have some things disabled]

could you please explain what you mean by trying to access the page when i am not directly connected to it.

You can have different rights as a user connected in your work's network vs someone on the outside. You might have access to a CSS file/ JS file that was mis-coded, but since it sits on your network you can get to it.

Other things are you can have your browser set up to trust your website. [You can have it in a different internet zone.]

Maybe you should ask the user that has the issues to grab the view source and send it to you. That might tell you a few things.
