Hello dear, developers.

Im kinda new in java... and so on I got few questions about java micro edition and few other things.

But before I will start questioning you I will specify my problem. I need to develope j2me multiplayer game (using socket http or whatoever connection).

I was mainly thinking about socket connection, but to do so I need to know those things:

1) How to check, using java aplet, whats my TPC/IP?
2) Is there any emulator supporting virtual networks (I need to set two copys of emulator and run j2me application in order to search bugs and learn form my mistakes XD).
3) If you know any good tutortial about socket connections and threading in j2me- post it here.

Thanks for all of you who will try to help me ;D

as per my experience if you are using internet GPRS for connecting two devices you may face a gateway access problem. So better to implement fhrough bluetooth wifi etc otherwise you are free to experiment and please if you want some help you can mail me and as you are novice I think the PDF ebook on "FROM NOVICE TO PROFESSIONAL-APPRESS" cab be best option 4 you (you know google it and download).
