If you're planning to become a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect (SCEA), then I'd recommend the Java EE-related certifications, such as SCWCD or SCBCD.
Note that there are no prerequisites to SCEA (you don't even have to be SCJP certified to do SCEA), but if you don't know Java EE then it's going to be very hard to do the SCEA exam.

Hi good to hear that you want to now move to the next level. there are some choices you will need to make. you can choose from-
- Sun Certified Web Component Developer (SCWCD)
- Sun Certified Business Component Developer (SCBCD)
- Sun Certified Developer for Java Web Services (SCDJWS)
- Sun Certified Mobile Application Developer (SCMAD)
- Sun Certified Enterprise Architect (SCEA)
Since you have the basic certifications, you can pursue advanced certifications that will help enable career growth into more specific job roles like Mobile Application Developer or Business Component Developer according to your area of interest. All the specialized certifications (other than the Enterprise Architect, which is an advanced certification) mandate you to be a Sun Certified Java Programmer as a pre-requisite.
talk to seniors at work/ maybe your manager and invest sometime to understand the future of these technologies and then you can make your choice.
Good Luck
