Need Help to resolve Error in loading Devka Cooray scjp 5.0 simulator

when i try two load simulator
i get error saying
===>
Error occured with internal exam database.please login to this computer as the Administrator.
If you are already running as an administrator,please reinstall this software with Microsoft(R) JET Driver support.
or contact program vendor.
on clicking "ok" in another dialog box say that
Class not registered
Looking for object with CLSID:{00000010-0000-0010-8000-00AA006D2EA4}}
AFTER THAT I've DOWNLOADED JET driver for xp but t also say that
i got new version no need to install
PLEASE HELP ME

May be you would get better response because that topic starter is the person who created the simulator and also book marked by him! !
