passed SCJP , confused about my next move

I passed SCJP exam few days back and I want to go for some higher certification, although I already bought HFSJ for SCWCD but I am yet undecided I hear lot about SCJD, SCWCD and stuff, but I had a small fling recently with this J2me thing and I think I really like this technology, I want to prepare for it along with SCJD /SCWCD , could anyone point to some specific source which let me have some information about the exam (in terms of time required for exam), and some details about the exam.
