Hi All,

To detect plugins installed on a particular browser we use JavaScript's navigator.plugin array right? Then, I read that the navigator.plugin array is zero for internet explorer and we go for vbscript. So, can't we use navigator.plugins array for internet explorer at all using JavaScript?

Thanks.

You can use the IE proprietary ActiveX scripting framework in JS for that.

That's part of the ActiveX scripting framework which works in IE only.

Sorry, no wording about it as I highly discourage it.
