how to transfer the records in one database[MS-Access] to other [Oracle]. plzz help

Do you really want to use JDBC for it? Well, how to do it is fairly obvious. Connect the one, execute the query to get the results and then connect the other, execute the query to insert the results.

How and where exactly are you stucking while implementing this? That's the question of interest.
