I think it's entirely possible that no changes are needed. Have you tried swapping the old web app for the new one, and tried to run any clients?

wsdl2java is giving problem to me ...

It is giving all the errors on Array Type like String[] Object[]

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
