I had taken exam on Saturday . I have cleaed SCWCD with 96% .
I would like to thank to those who have replied to my posts to help me in undrestangin the concepts from depth and clearing the confusion over the topics I had over few of topics of tag libs, path info etc...
Also I got much help by reading the docs provided here in FAQ links.
Posts from this forum helps in covering as much as possible that wont be , though, through books. Also the mock links , the reference of books , notes, really really helps.

If you have any kind a work experience on JSP n servlets prior this, start off with berts(HEAD FIRST) as per objectives of java site.Other wise start with Deshmukh, will get through knowledge of APIs.

I am also preparing for this exam. could you suggest me some usefull links and refered documents/notes or any other book then HFSJ. As I finished reading with this book once. doing the revision.
