The connection to the datasource object is perfect but when i run my web app on a server it gives me an error saying

javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Context: karthik/nodes/karthik/servers/server1, name: jdbc/DBDS: First component in name DBDS not found. [Root exception is org.omg.CosNaming.NamingContextPackage.NotFound: IDLmg.org/CosNaming/NamingContext/NotFound:1.0]

jdbc/DBDS is my JNDI name

someone please help
