* Skills required: Openlink-Endur – (Configurations, Architecture and AVS)
TRM Business Knowledge

Areas of Responsibility Specifics
I. Design Skills
? Utilizes their deep understanding of Endur design principles and configurations in creating a solution for the client
? Should be clear about Front-office and mid-office configurations
? Should understand the Endur Architecture and devise ways to optimize its strengths for the client solution
? Applies their understanding of the limits of the tool and discusses the tradeoffs in the design phase vs. implementation
? Leads a team of Sapient and client people in business and technical designs of a module
? Manages dependencies across other modules

II. Business Acumen
? Translates the TRM business knowledge and client requirements into systems design
? Challenges business design when appropriate. Offers creative alternatives regarding business design

III. Development Skills
? Writes high quality AVS code
? Strives for a deep understanding and expertise of the custom code simulations and the key tables in Endur
? Effectively debugs code of others
? Sets standards for the team
? Identifies problem areas in their module and actively works to fix them

IV. Lifecycle Experience
? Has been through 1 ‘live’ Endur project
? Leverages their knowledge of the stages of the S|A and utilizes the deliverables from other disciplines and S|A phases (desirable)

V. Project Processes
? Understands and promotes the value of project processes
? Establishes processes on a new project
? Understands, defines and assesses completeness of work

VI. Project Planning
? Drives mid-level planning exercise
? Plans for a module with a team of 4-6 Associates
? Manages and tracks plans of engineers in their module
? Anticipates issues and risks at the module level and escalates appropriately

VII. Scope Management
? Actively manages scope at the module level, can identify alternatives
? Quickly evaluates LOE, complexity and risk involved in adding a scope item

VIII. Estimation
? Effectively and accurately estimates LOE for their module
? Reviews other’s estimates and points out holes
• Anticipates how project risks will impact estimates

IX. Mentoring
? Mentors junior team

X. Communication
? Communicates difficult scenarios to the client
? Facilitates workshops and client meetings

Travel Readiness
Client Management skills
Understanding of more than 1 versions of Endur
Understanding of Connex adaptors, Open Components, architecture components like EOD, Operations services etc.
