Alfresco enterprise installation components

Hello friends,

I would like to know what components are installed when we install Alfresco Enterprise edition.

As Alfresco contains many features like Document Management, WCM, Records management, Image management etc...

Do all these components to be installed separately ?
Is there any choice to install only required components and services ?
Can we see services related to Alfresco in Windows Services control, like FileNet ECM product services ?

I have used FileNet ECM product in which process services, content services are to be installed separately.

It would be also helpful if anyone can suggest me books from which I can learn Installation, Overall product architecture, features, etc....

Thanks.
