I would like to thank HFSJ authors for excelllent book and all the ranchers for sharing usefull information.
My preparation Details
1. Read Head First Servlets and JSP book 2 times
2. Enthuware mock exams (Did all the 8 full set of Standard exams just one day before the exam). Suggestion: After each exam read all the explaination about all the questions (wrong and also for right answers)
3. Frederic Esnault notes (even though it is 1.4 version it is good for revision)
4. Peaboy Design patterns notes.
5. Ashok's API reference notes.
6. Enthuware JwebPlus study notes(pdfs about jsp & JSTL tags for syntax)
7. Javabeat mocks
