Key responsibilities may include:
• Full life cycle Java development from design, programming, and testing to application delivery
• Design and implementation of analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology
• Development of technical design documents (specifications) based on functional design documents (business requirements)

Basic Qualifications:
• 3 years of hands on experience with Java design, development, and application delivery
• 3 years of experience with the software development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:
• 4+ years Java development experience utilizing web-based applications such as J2EE, JDK, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and HTML
• Experience with the following technologies, platforms and languages: J2EE 1.5, XML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript
• 1 + years of overall experience as a team lead
• Strong preference for 4 year degree in Computer Science or related field, will consider 2 year degree and/or equivalent work experience
