Hi all,

i have a page called editDeviceSpec. in this page,at the top the devicename is displayed. This page is to update any details of the particular device selected. The problem is: suppose user A wants to edit the information of device1 and he selects the edit specification page of device1. Now at the same time if user B takes the edit specification page of say device2 and update specifications of device2, the user A on clicking update button suddenly gets the edit specification page of device2 instead of device1 in which he was working on. The device name itself gets changed to device 2.
What is the problem. Is it because of scope? In <action > tag all the scopes are mentioned as request
please help

Impossible to help without more information.

If you have two users on two separate machines and one of them is getting the other's data then something is horribly wrong.

Now that issue is fixed . I made the scope in the <action > tag as "session". BUt now iam facing some other problem.
The problem is, if i update the information about device1, on selecting another device2 and taking edit spec section of device2 the data from the device1 is appearing. Since the scope is session do i need to make it null somewhere??
