I have one doubt regarding loadonstartup negative value, wat will happen if i will give negative value loadonstartup



can any one please explain about this.

Questions about the interpretation of the deployment descriptor elements can easily be answered by looking at the servlet api specification. Incidently it is load-on-startup not loadonstartup.

Every programmer seriously involved with servlets/jsp should download a copy of the specification and keep it handy.
