no, ctrl+shift+r and ctrl+shift+t are a bit similar.
after opening a file in the editor using ctrl+shift+r or ctrl+shift+t, how can we locate the file in project explorer. there is a shortcut key which does that. it takes you to the projectexplorer.

Don't you mean the functionality as you get by the button "Link open editors with content in navigator" with two yellow arrows in the top of the project explorer box? Don't you just mean that whole button? No shortcut comes to mind though.
