i am developing a apllication where a online chatting have to be included in my application.The chatting should have some restriction that one to one chat only should take place,since the chatting i described is for technical (chatting).can you tell me that any open source is available or can you give me some idea.

Chat room should accept only 2 users OR The admin / the room creator can configure how many people or which users are allowed for the particular session.
