To get anywhere in the store, including the exit, you have to go find a sign marked "Start."

The shopping carts are called "Store Explorer." Mozilla is working on an innovative alternative shopping cart with round wheels that actually turn.

I like that a lot. You can't use a basket or a personal shopping bag or alternate cart because the Store Explorer is integrated into the Store and can't be removed.

At checkout, an MS sales associate will take your cart, ask for your credit card information, and then stand motionless for several minutes. Eventually, a shift manager will hang a sign around their neck, "This associate is not responding. If you had anything in your cart, it has been lost."
