The ref. killed it as an enjoyable spectacle by sending off Lehman. I'd much rather have seen the Barca's first goal stand and all 22 players stay on the pitch. Beating Braca is hard enough as it is, but beating them with ten men is pretty much impossible (especially when Henry is not really the sort of centre forward you might choose to play up front completely unsupported).
Not a great match as compared to last years Milan Vs Liverpool final. There were lot of expectations from Ronaldinho and Henry but both missed lots of chances. Hard luck for English sides... Middlesbrough lost to Sevilla in final, Arsenal lost to Barca in final .... now what next ?? shall we see England Vs Spain in world cup final with similar result ???
he referee made too many bad decisions, for both sides. He spoilt what should have been an entertaining match. FIFA are right not to select him for the world cup, just don't understand why UEFA picked him for this match.
He did do something similar a few years back, sending off the Russian goalkeeper for handling a back-pass outside of the area. Squealer Beep Sport Euro 2004

ya the refree did a blunder by sending off Lehman...Actually Arsenal would have won the match if it was 11:11. Anyways cheers to Arsenal....its my no 1 team in Europe....
