Guys,

I get the below warning message, when deploying my EJB 3 Stateless Session Beans in Weblogic 10.2

<Call-by-reference is not enabled for the EJ B 'MyEJBSessionBean'.
> The server will have better performance if it is enabled. To enable
> call-by-reference, set the enable-call-by-reference element to True in
> the weblogic-ejb-jar.xml deployment descriptor for this EJB.>



What should I do to get rid of this? Has it really got anything to do with the server performance?
