hi, can you tell me where can i find free download for oracel 8i or 9i, 9i is there on the oracle site, but im not able to download completely.

Which means you've found it. Have you let Oracle know you are having a problem downloading it?

i have found oracle 9i downloads but i have not seen any oracle 8i download site please let me know if you know one.

8i is no longer supported so it is unlikely they will have a copy for you to download from one of their public sites... if you have some type of extended support agreement with them you may be able to get a copy.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
