Just looking at the Table of Contents, brings up some questions.
Regarding, Team Logistics, is this referring to the entire development team,
or a testing team?
The team I am part of is quite small (1 Project Leader, 3 Developers, occasionally one or two more),
we are part of a much larger organization, so would the Team Logistics apply to such a small team?
I also see a Chapter within Team Logistics is "Team Building",
as we already have an established team, would this portion still apply to an existing team?
Does it have more to do with a "building a culture of testing" vs. "building a team"?

The chapter on team logistics covers a few things. One of the issues we have found when teams transition to agile, that the testers are often left behind on training, and have no idea how they fit into the new "whole team" concept. This chapter talks about what a tester can expect on the team. We also talk about the physical logistics - sitting in the same area as the programmers, probably open space. The chapter focuses on the tester and where they fit on a self-organizing team. For many, this will be the first time they have been introduced to the concept.
I think all teams can always improve, so I would suggest you read it in case you ever have another tester join your team. You may forget what it's like being new to a team... all the questions they have
