Removing warning message for nonsecure items

When I navigate to a page of my application, I am getting popup with following message.

“This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items? "

It doesn’t matter I press Yes or No, page will be loaded fully.

How to remove this popup?

We have only secure (https) items in the page. We have iframe in the page and iframe is calling Flash object.

It means that some object is being loaded over HTTP. You can use a tool like the LiveHTTPHeaders extension for Firefox to get a list of all objects being loaded along with their respective URLs.

IS the flash causing it?

I would use Fiddler to see the http calls.

It seems to be. IFRAME is including html page which is responsible for calling Flash (wsf) files. I copy value of SRC attribute from IFRAME and pasted in difference browser – I faced the same popup. It’s something related to Flash. I am further debugging.

Are these http monitoring tools capable of catching Ajax requests?

We have Ajax in the page.

Fiddler has no issues. If it acts as a proxy, the http call has to go through it.

An IFRAME without attribute SRC was getting created in AJAX call. I create SRC attribute with dummy value and issue is resolved.

As per Microsoft website, following are two possible reasons for error
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925014
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;261188

However I found that if you have HREF with “about:blank” then also you will face this issue.
