I would like to go for a laptop with this mininimum configuration
RAM : 1 GB
Processor : 2 GHz
Hard Disk : 80 GB
DVD Writer
CD Writer
let me know which brand is good and what is the cost of that.

Personally I don't prefere Zenith brand.
Better you ask any local vendor or ask someone who has recently purchased laptop.

Go for Dell Ins
Inter Centrino Core Duo
1 GB RAM
Which is around 50K. You need to customize it.
