Is anyone using a free content management system with
JBoss
?
Can you please suggest which is better among the free CMS tools?

Better for what? Each CMS has its own strengths and weaknesses. I'd start by looking into OpenCMS, Magnolia and Alfresco.

Compatible in what way? Those are all Java web apps, so any standards-compliant
servlet
container can run them.
