There is server "//172.16.0.4/data".
I have created "/data/172.16.0.4".
It shows following error.

I checked username & password, it is correct.
I tried with some other username and password, it works fine.
But I can not mount server using my username & password.

I am sorry.
Because of some network error, by mistake, I posted same topic three times. Help me to delete two other likes.

Minal, you should be able to delete you extra posts by clicking the "X" icon to the upper-right of your post. I deleted them for you.

As for your problem, you might try changing your password and see if it works with the new password. And then change your password back, if you want.

Thank you Peter, your suggestion works. But couldn't understand what might be the reason?
