I am using struts1.2, I want to apply server-side validation but when I am trying to add error in the catch block for which Iam using the below code:
errors.add("GET_COMPANY_PROFILE_ERROR", new ActionError("scipeo.getCompanyProfileException"));
saveErrors(request, errors);

for action error key i've defined a value in Application.resource file,
and for showing this error in JSP :
<html:errors property="GET_COMPANY_PROFILE_ERROR"/>
but it is not working, as error message is not getting displayed.
Please tell me where i am going wrong.

Thanks in Advance.
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
