Start your preparation with EJB 3 in Action & then read Sun Specifications & prepare with MZ Notes & some mocks.

I cleared SCBCD by reading the Sun J2EE tutorial (boy, this is one heck of a boring thing) and reading through the free Wiley 'Mastering EJB 3.0' free book with source code examples. SCBCD is nothing like SCJP - it's much easier. Don't worry.

easier ??? why do I feel the opposite?
I started preparing as most people here suggest: by reading EJB in action. I feel comfortable with the book, but then I started reading MZ notes I felt completely lost. should I forget about the notes and jump directly to the specification? or should I to do more EJB and persistence implementation in order to get use to it?
please help me since I'm free nowadays.

it's for older version of the exam, not valid for EJB 3.0
