Using JMeter 2.3.2 with iframes

Hello:

We have an application where much of the content runs within an iframe on the main site page. I've been trying to figure out how to load test the iframe itself but I don't see how this could be done. There doesn't seem to be any special sampler for it. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks
Eric

I found this and A snippet on another site
* In order for JMeter to download IFRAMEs automatically, you must
change jmeter.properties to use the RegexpHTMLParser instead of the
default parser. You can comment the default parser and uncomment
the RegexpHTMLParser. See the example jmeter.properties. Affects all platforms.

Thanks for the reference. I'm trying to figure out the significance of RegexpHTMLParser, but the wiki doesn't even mention it. It also mentioned writing a sampler for this, so I think I'll check that out.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
