The only down side is that a box of 500 'business cards' would fill up a major portion of my cube.

If you (or your doppelganger) has a bad online rep, sure, sending people to Google is a bad idea.
If you google me, the #1 hit is JavaRanch, where I'm on my best behavior (yes, this is as good as it gets), so I'm not worried about it.
And really, how is a Lego business card sending people to google (for people other than Charlotte)?
