Q. Does this mean that the request parameters in the HTTP request are somehow not properly delimited.

How are they getting sent? Via browser?

Either browser or a monitoring app.

If a browser is producing the request, it's unlikely that the request is malformed. I've moved this to the weblogic forum for further discussion by the weblogic-savvy.
