Creating dynamic titles

Hi, i have the following tile named "delta_subheader.jsp"

I may be doing this wrong but i'm trying to insert a dynamic title from a bean ... This tile above is inserted within the following JSP page

The blue part inserts the subheader tile defined in the following xml file

I made up this structure because i'm not sure how to do it correctly ... Please help because i'm not getting the correct values. "qualsForm" has the property subTitle which is set accordingly within the Action class...
