Keytool and Jarsigner

You can use standard tools — Keytool and Jarsigner — to generate keys and sign your application .apk files.

This two tools are included in Java SDK

In comparison other Mobile Platform App Languages require you to often buy a Digital Cert to sign app that costs $750 USd or higher.
