Hi all,

We can access different files in our local machine through the below link
file:///D:/Text/abc.txt

Suppose in one ftp server ftp://ftp1@192.168.7.1/home/ftp1 and a file xyz.txt exists .

How can we access this file xyz.txt using file:///

Thanks in advance,

Rancher

The file:/// protocol is for file system access, not FTP access. I think there's a way to download a file through FTP using an ftp:// URL, but in general I'd advise to use an FTP client library like Apache Commons Net for that.
