Eclipse WebLogic 8.1 plugin

I have installed the eclipse OEPE plugin using the update feature in Eclipse Ganymede from the site http://download.oracle.com/otn_software/oepe/ganymede
However after installing the plugins, I am still not able to see any new controls in Eclipse to start or stop my WL8.1 server. I even checked the eclipse preference which shows Weblogic and shared libraries, which makes no sense to me in terms of managing and debugging applications on the weblogic 8.1 server. Please guide me what can be done for this. Does anybody please share the old WebLogic 8.1 plugin if it works?

Check the JRE that Eclipse is running against - it is configurable.
That fixed it for me.
