do you any webservice available on net for testing

does anybody of you know of any webservice which i can connect easily to see the response.... i am new to web services and before creating one i just wanted to see how can i connect and which form i need to send the input .... please help

one more question i have do you know any site where i can place my own created webservices so that i can test it and allow other contributors to test?

You can test it on your own desktop computer.

There are a couple of free Java hosting sites (check the Servlets FAQ for a list), but they provide limited capabilities which may not be sufficient to host whatever SOAP stack you're using.

If that doesn't work, it's probably easiest to put them on a test server in your company that is set up to be reachable from the outside world.
