Is voice broadcast feasible on an Android device?

Say you want to record a message and then broadcast it to several phones at once (and have it smart enough to leave messages on voice mail and answering machines); is that feasible with Android? I'm guessing maybe so. This could be useful.

Nope. You can record an audio file and email it as an attachment but as far as I know you can't have your phone call a bunch of others and use the regular voice channel to play the message (or listen for responses). It's too bad; that sounds like a nice idea.

Yes, voice broadcasting can be initiated and managed on a Droid. Refer to Droid Voice Broadcasting.
