Yes, it is possible. "We" know, that an object traveling at high speeds
ages more slowly than a stationary object. For that reason you'll always
see me running when im going somewhere

I cant answer your second question, but I am guessing "yes".

Of course.. If we refer to the standard universal text on the subject of Time travel - "Back to the future" - We can see than on many occasions throughout the series Marty and Doc Brown etc etc have multiple instances in the one timeframe.

Surely this is all the proof we need?

You seem to have missed a few key Star Trek episodes.

You're travelling through time at a constant rate of 1 second per second in (what we call) forward direction.
So yes, time travel is possible. If it weren't nothing much would ever happen.
Time dilation when approaching the speed of light may slow you down, but that's only virtual because to the person travelling at that speed time itself slows down and he's still travelling at 1 second per second.

Whether it is possible to move backward in time though, that's a different story.
AFAIK current physical theory doesn't expressly prohibit it, but I could be wrong.
What I do know is that there's no theory to explain how it could be done, let alone an implementation of such theory to actually make it possible.

And a pretty darn good card game.

(Or did that count as Blatant Advertising?)

Not only that, I believe there is a genuine time traveller living on Earth at this very moment. I need to check my facts on the actual values and whether the person involved is still alive, but the person holding the record for the most time in space was out of the Earths gravity well long enough that they are a significant fraction of a second older (younger??) than everyone else on Earth.

This is, in effect, the same as moving forward or backward in time! Again, facts need verification. I can't remember if you get to sleep longer by having your alarm clock higher or lower than your head.
