The Software Analysis Group is a hybrid product / software design group that is primarily responsible for understanding and expanding Marketing Requirements into Product Requirements and the accompanying software design to implement the OnVantage suite of products.
Work closely with Product Marketing and Professional Services organizations to ensure that product visions are properly interpreted, implemented, and supported.
Lead other technical members of a distributed team to ensure successful implementation, deployments, and support of products on an on-going basis
Provide product, requirement, and guidance technical to the distributed team
Resolve issues and manage the feedbacks from development team
Manage multiple products and projects, work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility.
5+ years of total experience in enterprise software development or product management team with at least 2 years as software requirement analyst and management
A proven track record of successful product life cycle with focus on product requirement analysis, UI mockup, and requirement tracking
Experience in working with globally distributed teams
A diverse background in advanced software and hardware systems with emphasis on:
o Web-based enterprise applications product management experience
o Strong experience on online marketplace, exchange and search engine
o J2EE based application development
Have following preferred technical skills
o Object-oriented design
o RBDMS design (specifically SQL Server)
o N-tier architecture design and deployment
o Quality assurance and control
A flexible attitude based on knowledge of real-world business requirements.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
A BSCS or BSEE is required. MS and/or MBA preferred
