Log4j properties

Hi All

In my log4j props file I specify the location where the logs have to be written.

For tomcat i use

This above works fine for tomcat.

For weblogic,websphere and oracle app server, i need to get to the folder where my appplication.ear resides.
I have tried several ways, but no Luck....
Any help will be appreciated.
