Note that the SCJP 1.6 upgrade exam does not only contain questions about the things that are new between 1.5 and 1.6 - you are expected to know all the new things in Java 1.5 too!

The K&B book for SCJP 6 is very well suited for the SCJP 6 exam (full exam or upgrade), and there are other books as well - see our SCJP FAQ.
