I don't know anything about Teradata, but a padding exception and the presence of RSA makes me suspect an encryption problem. Are you trying to access an encrypted database using the wrong algorithm or trying to access an unencrypted database as if it were encrypted?

Thanks a lot Joe,

I got resolution of this error with your hint.I'm trying to access the unencrypted database with the encrypted Password.I tried to access with the clear text password and I got the access to DB.

Thanking you,
Murali Sripadam.
