In my Application i am sending a request to a JSp page,
The Content of the JSP Page is only two fields,
So, can i set the jsp page window size some where such that it will appear like a dialog Box.

You can use Javascript for this.

I would add, if it is not a window initiated by the webapplication (e.g. window.open()), then resizing the user's window is very bad for the user experience. I wouldn't recommend that.
