We just posted the results of a skills survey of the Java developers in the 50K JavaBlackBelt Community. Its top finding was the estimate by Java developers that their teams would be 25% more productive if their managers committed to Java skill management.

At globalforcedirect.com/survey, you can:

-- review the full results of the survey
-- explore your own Java skills management
-- participate in the next/ongoing survey on which Java skills are in highest demand.

... all useful for your teams and careers, I think.
