BSE Sensex is emotionally more attached to the people/media/FM as BSE was the first and only major Stock Exchange for a longtime in India.

BSE has less transaction volume compared to NSE. Both in equity and derivative market. Particularly in derivatives market, NSE is far ahead then BSE as far as volume is concern, so it is always recommended that you go NSE for derivatives.

If you have job offer from both then I recommend BSE, as traveling to BSE is easier than traveling to NSE. Also you have many good eating/shopping/entertainment options around BSE.
